Home made chicken liver pate served with toast and plum and yellow pepper chutney.

Walnut and herb crusted goats cheese with spiced red wine poached pear salad and cabernet sauvignon vinegar dressing

Slow roasted pork belly with local black pudding, celeriac remoulade and carrot, apple and vanilla puree

Roast halibut with a saffron and shellfish risotto, with smoked salmon and mascarpone cream

Duo of beef with wild mushroom and herb sauce with a touch of chilli, served with white truffle mashed potatoes

Crisp duck leg confit with spiced red cabbage, mash and a port and cranberry sauce

Scottish venison marinated in orange, thyme and juniper, with Pommes Anna, creamed winter vegetables and red wine and thyme sauce

Tartlet of wild mushrooms, garlic, shallots and hens egg, with creamed potatoes and parsley cream
